We work alongside both letting agencies and private landlords to help with the legal requirements of managing a rental property. We can provide an Annual Boiler Service and CP12 certificate, to ensure that your boiler is regularly maintained, functioning and safe.

Legionella Risk Assessments are also offered by us to support the legal requirement of assessing the risk of Legionella Bacteria.

As well as offering, Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to ensure your electrical appliances are working effectively and safely.

We are happy to arrange a visit with your tenant to make this service hassle free, or by keys collected from your Agent or dropped to our office. Certificates are sent to you electronically to your e-mail of choice.
